This website presents two design-oriented holiday homes in Zinnowitz on Usedom, Germany: STRANDWEISS and STRANDGRAU. V0.1 is a static, publicly usable homepage with no tracking scripts, no cookie banner, no embedded third-party maps or videos, and no JavaScript dependency for essential content.

- Children under 6 are exempt.
- 2027 uses the same seasons and provisional amounts because the new official fees have not yet been published.
